The Rising and Shining section of ACES Elite Youth Magazine functions as a celebratory promotional feature, providing families and supporters with an exclusive platform to honor and highlight the youth in their lives. This section operates similarly to a paid promotional advertisement, designed to showcase the accomplishments, character, and achievements of the featured youth.
Because Rising and Shining is a promotional feature, a feature fee is required. This fee must be submitted within 48 hours of acceptance to secure the youth’s placement in the magazine. Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe will result in the spot being released to the next candidate on the waiting list, as space in this section is limited.
If a submission is accepted for inclusion in the Rising and Shining section of ACES Elite Youth Magazine, the parent or legal guardian of the featured youth will be required to complete a Consent and Release Form authorizing the publication of the youth’s name, image, and accomplishments. The parent or guardian must also provide all required highresolution photographs within the designated timeframe assigned to the issue in which the youth will appear.
By providing consent, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that the youth’s likeness, images, and related materials may be used, reproduced, displayed, and distributed across ACES Elite Youth Magazine’s website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
Upon acceptance of a Rising and Shining submission, the submitter will receive official notification at least three (3) months prior to the release of the issue featuring the youth. All parties involved—including the submitter, the featured youth, and the parent or guardian—will be required to sign a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibiting any disclosure of the feature prior to the official publication date.
